Individual Kundalini Yoga session

Kundalini Yoga adapted to your needs and questions. After a brief exchange by phone or e-mail, we arrange a meeting. We can meet at your premises in the first district in Vienna or we can arrange a meeting online via zoom. When we come together, it's all about you and your desires, your path. You will receive documents for a Kriya (exercise series) and a meditation so that you can integrate what you have learned into your life in the long term.
